The philosophy of Paper Paste Living is to create beautiful and functional home items in circular materials. The core material is a mixture of compressed recycled paper and water without any binders. The paper paste part of the objects are handcrafted in Spain, while all the wood and cardboard are sourced in the Czech Republic. With the Shape of Nature in mind, the products are carefully designed in Denmark by Hans Thyge & Co. The paper used arrived from a KM0 recovery plant near the over 100-year-old production facility just outside of Barcelona. Other materials besides paper are also used, like FSC-certified. For the pouf seat, Italian regenerated cotton in Ivory was used, and it gets its softness from the coconut fibres inside.

The French Embassy in Denmark is located in the Thott Palace, a remarkable 17th century historical building on Kongens Nytorv, in the heart of Copenhagen. The palace has housed the embassy for a century, and has since its origins been a symbol of the strong ties between France and Denmark. Institut français is the French cultural center in Denmark, and also functions as the French Embassy's cultural department. FRAMING is a joint exhibition during 3daysofdesign, showcasing exclusive design brands and their novelties in an inspiring and relevant way. The Odd Fellow Palace will once again provide the setting for the joint exhibition of FRAMING. All three floors of the impressive rococo building from the mid-1700, including the two wings, will offer space indoor as well as outdoor to national and international brands alike. In 2024, a total of 46 brands will exhibit at FRAMING, making it even bigger and more spectacular. Therefore, FRAMING expands to include exhibition space at the Harsdorff House on Kongens Nytorv 5, just a stone's throw away from the main exhibition in Bredgade. This year marks the fifth edition of FRAMING.

Copenhagen-based design company FRIPON is relaunching the classic Philosopher Lamp, designed by the Danish architect Lars-Erik Ejlers in the early 1990s. The lamp was originally made for Restaurant Cap Horn in Nyhavn. In the following years, the lamp, designed with a notable brass shade, became a rarity due to very limited distribution but still found its way and is gracing iconic bars and restaurants throughout Copenhagen. FRIPON’s first endeavour is to breathe new life into the classic Philosopher Lamp, once again.

The Philospher Lamp is produced locally in workshops located in the metropolitan area of Copenhagen.

Giopato & Coombes is a creative studio that brings together a design approach and art research into their projects, founded in Italy by Cristiana Giopato and Christopher Coombes, an Italian-British architect and designer couple. Their practice uses light as a medium merging material and immaterial, to redefine interaction spaces by capturing everyday moments and elevating them to a collective celebration of memories and sensations.
They call it the Supernatural Daydream, an experience that begins with our every day and goes beyond boundaries. For them, the creative process is aimed at evoking this experience, which is unique for everyone, and sharing it with one light creation at a time.

AnalogLab is a multidisciplinary studio founded by Thomas Lehman in Milan, Italy.

They approach a blend of unexpected materials, curiosity-driven research, and bold experimentation, pushing the boundaries of creativity in lighting design. In 2024, the creative studio Daydreaming Objects launched their new lighting series, Soft Solids at gallery "Vartai" in Vilnius. The Soft Solids explore the intentional use and repurposing of natural material—wax, reflecting on its potential for regeneration within design practice.

Le Klint’s origins date back to the beginning of the 20th century, when architect and civil engineer P.V. Jensen-Klint folded the first hand-pleated lampshade for a kerosene lamp that he had designed. Since the establishment of Le Klint in 1943, the design company has focused on excellent craftsmanship and on retaining production in Odense. Over the years, the Le Klint collection has been designed by well-known architects and new designers, and consists of traditional and modern lamps, sold all over the world.

Copenhagen-based Simone Voigt spent over a decade collecting vintage Murano lamps before founding Copenhagen Venice in 2020, focusing on the curation of the italian-made lighting designs.
The years spent collecting original Murano lamps inspired Simone to delve deeper into the storied craft behind each piece and explore every step of the elaborate process. From the attentive selection of materials to the mouth-blowing and hand-moulding techniques that define a lamp’s unique expression.
Gaining extensive knowledge of the craft through years spent meeting artisans in their workshops led Simone Voigt to experiment with her first collection of original Murano-made designs, launching in 2023.
