Tickets purchased for 3daysofdesign Design Walks are non-refundable. According to DK and EU law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for cultural events, hotel bookings, train tickets, car rentals, etc. ( See section 18 (2) , § 12 ) of the Danish Consumer Code.
