Good quality, craftsmanship and Danish production were the key principles that Duus & Møller was founded upon, and the ambition is to keep working by that mantra. The passion for Danish craftsmanship and Danish design is rooted in traditions and a guiding principle to increase the sustainability of the Duus & Møller furniture collection. Duus & Møller collaborates with competent architects and combine Danish craft traditions with new ideas from young, talented cabinetmakers. Duus & Møller furniture is developed with inspiration from classic, Danish design. BorisBerlin/Design is a Danish design studio that has made a significant impact on the Scandinavian design scene over the past 40 years, specialising in furniture, product, exhibition, and graphic design. Founded by Boris Berlin, both independently and as part of Komplot Design and later Iskos—Berlin, the studio has created iconic design pieces in collaboration with a range of Danish and international brands, including GUBI, HAY, MUUTO, Fritz Hansen, Eva Solo, and many more. In partnership with Designmuseum Danmark, BorisBerlin/Design has also contributed to several permanent exhibitions, including Danish Chair—an International Affair, Little Table, Cover Thyself!, Frankfurter Küche, and Kaare Klint.

Orla Culligan creates unique slip cast ceramics for the home in Clonakilty, Cork. She strives to provide high–quality products that bring joy to the owner’s home while keeping her business sustainable by minimising waste and maintaining a low environmental impact. The original inspiration for her work comes from discovering 'rubbish' washed up on the beaches where she grew up in East Cork. As she walks along the beach, flotsam and jetsam become tangled among the seaweed, their bright synthetic man–made colours standing out. Upon closer scrutiny, these objects reveal a gorgeous range of textures where the sea has intervened; seams and edges have softened, yet evidence of the making process and the machine still remains.

Furniture ought to make room for people. That has been the philosophy since 1942, when FDB Møbler was founded, by architect Børge Mogensen. Many new designers have since entered the fold, but the foundational principles remain the same: to create beautiful, functional and exceptionally crafted furniture that makes room for everyday living at home. FDB Møbler is internationally known as a frontrunner of Danish design. It’s a story of classic pieces to be passed down from generation to generation. Regardless of whether they are talking about iconic pieces or new, innovative designs, the goal is the same: To have the veritable quality of life that was envisioned when the first pieces of furniture emerged in 1942.

FANZI is a gallery and creative platform that redefines the intersection of art and design, turning everyday objects into works of art. From sculptural furniture to architecture in remote landscapes, FANZI explores how beauty moves through function, and how light shapes daily rituals. Each year, it partners with creators worldwide to bring design into life—quietly, poetically, with presence. For 3daysofdesign, FANZI collaborates with six Taiwanese designers—Shun-Hsiung Hung, Yen-An Chen, Ting-Hsuan Chang, Coby Huang, and Chia-Ling Chang—to showcase functional artworks that merge utility with cultural heritage and material aesthetics. These objects reflect light, memory, and material—inviting the viewer to pause, feel, and flow.

Roosa Ryhänen is a Helsinki—based designer whose work blends industrial and product design, creating objects that exist at the intersection of function and art. Ryhänen favours local production and material sourcing, using Finnish birch and supporting local artisans to minimise environmental impact. Ryhänen’s mindset in design production is centred on made–to–order, minimising waste by producing only what is needed and reducing excess inventory. Her work aims to create timeless, collectible designs that not only serve a functional purpose but also challenge conventional design.

FRAMING returns for its sixth edition during 3daysofdesign, showcasing over 40 exclusive design brands and their latest innovations in a stunning setting. The Odd Fellow Palace, a majestic rococo building from the mid–1700s, will host the main exhibition across three floors, including its wings and outdoor spaces. Additionally, a solo exhibition will take place at the nearby Harsdorff House on Kongens Nytorv, just steps from the main venue. FRAMING invites visitors to explore inspiring designs from both national and international brands in these iconic locations.

Maison Rhizomes, founded in 2022, transforms contemporary painting into the medium of hand-knotted rugs, creating collectible works of art in limited editions of twenty-two. Drawing inspiration from each artist’s technique, palette, and creative vision, the studio reinterprets their visual language in textile form. Crafted in India and Nepal by skilled artisans using ethically sourced wool, silk, and linen, each rug preserves the emotional depth of the original work. The current collection features Belgian artist and co-founder Charlotte Culot and is expanding to include designs by French artist Ludovic Philippon.

Belgian designer Bieke Casteleyn, who studied in Ghent and Milan, founded her studio in 2012, driven by a passion for exploring space, form, and materiality. Her 'Out of Line' collection, launched in 2015, showcases a blend of craftsmanship and sustainability, with cement plaster as its core material, paired with wood, suede leather, and glossy lacquer finishes. In 2024, the collection grew to include a sofa line featuring exclusive fabrics, and in 2025, new furniture pieces will be added. 'Out of Line' defies rigid lines, merging organic textures with refined elegance to create timeless, sculptural designs.
