A landscape of EVEN sofas will transform the Formel A flagship store, inviting guests to explore the shapes and configurations of this collection—launched during 3daysofdesign in collaboration with the Stockholm–based design duo AFTEROOM.

Horreds designs, manufactures, and sells office and meeting furniture built on enduring values. Summed up by the term Rebel Quality, its products are made to withstand wear, shifting design trends, and repeated renewal over time. Long–term sustainability is reinforced through environmental and quality certifications, while close attention is paid to every detail—from surfaces and the feel of wood to stitching and material combinations. In 2026, Horreds marks 90 years of designing and manufacturing furniture in Horred, Sweden—not as a milestone, but as a mindset that has guided the company since 1936.

SAIKAIHOP, by Saikai Europe, traces its origins to the Japanese town of Hasami, where the history of porcelain production and innovation spans more than 400 years. As a subsidiary of ceramics trading company Saikai Toki, Saikai Europe’s operations centre on a lineup of original brands merging contemporary design with Hasami’s manufacturing expertise. In addition to its in–house collections, Saikai Europe provides distribution services in the European market, working closely with Japanese brands and makers dedicated to quality, craftsmanship and the creation of timeless wares. Copenhagen based Icelandic designer Dögg Guðmundsdóttir creates nature inspired products with emotional appeal and a distinctive touch of Nordic originality. Many of her designs are based on foundational structures or pieces of art, while others form part of a collection. For this exhibition, nature is not merely an inspiration but an integral part of the essence of the works and of the installation, created in collaboration with Dýpi—an ocean paint made from calcareous algae harvested in Iceland. Dýpi was nominated for the Icelandic Design Awards 2025 for its product that is exceptionally breathable, environmentally friendly, plastic–free, and an innovative use of abundant natural materials.

Postbyen, Copenhagen’s new urban district, is hosting events and exhibitions during 3daysofdesign. Once the hub of Denmark’s postal system, this historic site was transformed by Danica Ejendomme from an industrial area into a vibrant neighbourhood blending bold architecture with historical buildings. During 3daysofdesign, Postbyen will mark its official opening with a variety of events, including Jeppe Hein’s water sculpture, “Something between us.” Visitors are invited to engage with the artwork and each other, embodying Postbyen’s vision of a welcoming space for all. As the sun sets over the railways, Postbyen is where people come together to share everyday moments and connect in simple, meaningful ways.
