Italian creativity, artisan tradition and international vocation are the distinctive traits of Potocco, a family–run company that has been studying and creating furniture for indoor and outdoor environments for almost a century. Founded in 1919 by Domenico Potocco in Manzano (UD), as a small artisan workshop for the production of chairs, Potocco has evolved over the years into a large industrial reality, specialised in the production of home and contract furnishings. A history of excellence that covers the entire 20th century, along a trail of growth which—from its participation to the first Salone del Mobile trade fair as a founding partner—has led Potocco to collaborate with important brands.

Founded in 2019, Material Matters is a platform dedicated to exploring the role of material intelligence in architecture and design. With more than 140 podcasts published and four acclaimed editions of its annual fair staged in London, the brand made its international debut in Copenhagen in 2025 as part of 3daysofdesign—an appearance that exceeded expectations and confirmed the appetite for a deeper, more material–led conversation. Building on the success of last year, Material Matters returns to 3daysofdesign taking up, once again, the residence in the heart of Christianshavn, positioned as a key destination within the city.

His work blends simplicity, functionality, and timeless elegance, reinterpreting traditional forms in a contemporary way. Today, Emanuele Pantanella Design continues his legacy through his family and Creative Director Claudia d’Oncieu, working with skilled Italian artisans. Craftsmanship is central to the brand, combining traditional techniques and material research to create unique, handcrafted pieces that reflect both heritage and a contemporary vision.
