During 3daysofdesign – Magnus Olesen is showing a selection of its designs over the different decades.
On the occasion of Ib Kofod-Larsen’s 100th birthday, icons from the 1950s are relaunched within the Model 107 series. In addition a classic from the 1980s is shown as well as new designs by Says Who and Øivind Slaatto.
Magnus Olesen was founded in 1937 with a strong believe in Danish design and craftsmanship. With its production in Denmark, it has always been focused on longevity and sustainability – good design, that lasts.
Over the course of time it has worked with well-respected designers such as Ib Kofod-Larsen, Rud Thygesen & Johnny Sørensen and Says Who – always remaining true to its design roots but still keeping up with the developments of time.
Due to its design history, Magnus Olesen has built an extensive portfolio of both Danish classics as well as contemporary designs.
The company has its production in Durup, Denmark. The Showroom of Magnus Olesen is placed in beautiful surroundings on Frederiksgade.
