We want to offer you the best possible experience and we do this in co-operation with all our exhibitors who want to get to know you a little better. We therefore ask for your consent to pass on your personal data to the exhibitors you visit at our festival.
This means that the exhibitors will receive general personal data in the form of your contact details and the information you have entered in the app.
The purpose is for our exhibitors to know who visits their exhibition.
With your consent, our legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(a).
We only process your personal data, cf. your consent, for as long as we have a purpose for this. This means that information will only be disclosed in connection with the festival. We delete information from the app within 6 months after the festival and ask exhibitors to do the same.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you.
You can always ask to have your personal information changed and deleted.
You can also contact us with questions, exercise your rights and withdraw your consent.
Right to see information (right of access)
You have the right to access the data we process about you as well as a range of additional information.
Right to rectification (rectification)
You have the right to have inaccurate information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure
In special cases, you have the right to have data about you erased before the time of our general general erasure.
Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the data - except for storage - with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
